It is more convenient when you can also use the Restore function of Disk Utility to create a disk image (image) for a Lion DVD and copy it to a portable hard drive. Using the newly created DVD, you can launch any Lion-compatible Mac and install OS X Lion similar to previous Mac OS X versions. Next, copy the copied " InstallESD.dmg " file to the hard drive in the previous operation, select it and insert the DVD into the burner (note the standard 4.7GB DVD disc), waiting for the burning process to finish, you already have a Mac OS X Lion boot DVD.
